The ALEOS Events Reporting Engine provides clear, actionable information to facilitate timely and accurate decision-making by end users or customer applications. Critical event and status notifications can be delivered to multiple destinations using email (SMTP), SMS, and reporting servers (SNMP Trap), and the events-triggered system can be configured to drive both alerts and pre-determined actions.
A potential issue with M2M applications is unexpected data overages. Whether being caused by device malfunction, user abuse, or underestimated data requirements, customers can avoid overages by leveraging the Events Reporting Engine's newest advanced reporting capabilities to set up data usage threshold alerts and be notified before there is a problem.
